Review:
Feelin' Good was special tonight. Very special. For a few reasons - for one the crowd was excellent! Huge, energetic and a big part of the atmosphere (along with our amazing waitress FLO), the stage banter was some of the best (who could forget matt and brad having a beer chugging contest (and matt winning!)), and the duo was joined onstage by Sam M (part of FFM who performs at mickey's on Wednesday nights!) who improvised on the guitar and did some amazing things! They were also joined by the amazing John Henville on drums.
Tonight matt & brad did amazing performances of BOY OBSERVATIONS, WORTH HIS WHILE, BELIEVE, DISSALOWED, and WORLD IS WATCHING! They also did some NOT-so amazing performances of SATURDAY NIGHT'S ALRIGHT FOR FIGHTING, WHITE WEDDING, PICTURE, and IMAGINE - word on the street is that matt & brad should stick to ORIGINAL MATERIAL or at least learn the lyrics to cover songs! Although hedwig's WICKED LITTLE TOWN was nice.
The show tonight was recorded as well (although, quite badly!) and there will be some mp3's posted quite soon
