Review:

    A very cool and interesting show this evening! Although there was a smaller crowd than usual matt & jenn really put on an entertaining night. The beginning of the first set started slow and somber with songs like AS I GO ALONG, CAN HE BE, and a gorgeous FAMOUS BLUE RAINCOAT. Things picked up with the cranberries cover ZOMBIE, and matt's OH GIRL.
    A guitar string was broken during set one making it difficult to use, so set two showed a solo piano set with Matt and Jenn just playing off the cuff! Some excellent surprises were ORIGIN OF LOVE which was a gorgeous cover that hasn't been sung in months - it was very beautiful and emotional on the piano! Also the duo did a beautiful version of Tori Amos' SILENT ALL THESE YEARS. The show ended with a really neat SLOW & PAINFUL DEATH OF MATTHEW PRESIDENTE!
