Review:

    After two lovely years at the Jlounge, Matthew, Tara and DJ Don have decided to move their 'Plugged in' show. This concept started in '06 with Matthew's Numbers show, then moved on to Central Bistro, then to Jlounge. Tonight was their inaugural performance at The Oasis Ultra Lounge on Davie street - it went off with a bang! A fabulous crowd packed into the cozy and cool Oasis lounge to see the performance. Tara C Taylor kicked off the night (backed by Matthew) and played an incredible set of new and old. Peter Lemon (of Matinee fame!) was our special guest with a mini set in the middle. Matthew took the stage at the end and did a hot set that had the crowd roaring! Hilights were an intense VALENTINE'S DAY, a poigniant ORIGIN OF LOVE, Derek Bedry's rap on 4U2BM9 and a raucous RAINBOW REACTION for the encore. Can't wait till the next performance at The Oasis!
