Review:
Matt's CD release party was a huge success - The audience of about 100 packed the delta art's council's Tsawwassen arts centre for an incredible full band show! Matt performed on the grand piano, and keyboard (at times simultaneously!) with john henville on drums, ian malinski on bass, and brad pedwell on guitar! The sound was incredible! highlights included a crazy performance of She's a Scorpion with the band, Boy observations (a duet with john henville - john playing organ, and matt playing piano), Wicked Little Town (from Hedwig!) with ian on the bass, and a huge encore number - July which totally rocked! Worth his While was intense and brought down the house! Supporting act Brad Pedwell did some great solo stuff, and Leonora Record performed some spoken word to start! Word is that this was Matt's most powerful, entertaining show ever!
