Wednesday Night’s QUSIC live-streamed show sold out last week but that doesn’t mean you have to miss out on this talent! QUSIC is thrilled to have Matthew Presidente feat. Pedwell perform a second show on Tuesday night!

Tickets are $15 at the door, first-come, first-serve at Friends of Dorothy’s. There will be NO live stream of this show, so you gotta be there to enjoy it 🎶.

Rock/pop pianist/singer/songwriter Matthew Presidente (he/him/his) has been a part of the music scene in Vancouver for nearly 20 years. Independently recording and releasing 6 full length albums, he has been involved in a wide range of musical collaborations and performances. A local Metro Vancouver resident, Matthew was raised in Tsawwassen, where he began playing piano at 10 years old. Since then he has gone on to master guitar and percussion, but considers himself a piano player by trade. Referred to as “one of — if not ­— the best singer/songwriters our LGBT scene has” by Xtra Magazine (Vancouver), Matty has been on the music scene for nearly 20 years, and has performed in rosters among headliners such as Ace of Base and Dragonette.

Bradley Pedwell (he/him/his) is a singer/songwriter from Vancouver BC that mixes rock, folk, and hip-hop to create a captivating blend of acoustic rock. Pedwell’s heavy 90s influence combined with his passionate rock vocal often results in comparison to artists like Everlast and Matchbox 20 – whilst Pedwell agrees, he insists his sound is “Definitively-Vancouver”.
Born and raised in Vancouver, Bradley has been performing for 17 years as a singer/songwriter and has released 9 albums independently. In the last year, Pedwell has performed over 160 dates and released 1 EP per month written/recorded/produced entirely himself.

About QUSIC
QUSIC is a new LGBT2Q+ Artist Music Series, produced by Rebellious Unicorns Production Company Inc., in which all presenting artists must identify under the LGBT2Q+ spectrum. This innovative series celebrates the LGBTQ2+ community, which includes individuals who identify as lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer and two-spirit as well as a range of other gender and sexual identities. QUSIC will feature solo performers, duos or group acts, provided that the headlining artist identifies as LGBT2Q+.

QUSIC supports the growth and development of the Canadian music industry, highlighting artists who identify as LGBT2Q+. The music series invests in Canadian talent and will help to grow awareness of LGBT2Q+ musical artists, and helping to put money in their pockets so that they may continue to create this essential art form.
